We manage our deliveries utilising the Greek Postal Service (ELTA). The choice of courier/service is at our discretion with the decision based on the weight of the item(s) and destination. Should you wish to elect a preferred method then please contact us and we will provide you with the additional cost where applicable.
All items in stock are dispatched the same or next business day.
Items which are not in stock will be dispatched within 2 - 10 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments; however this will be at no extra cost.
Many of our items are sent via services requiring a signature on receipt. In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us there are two options. The package can be despatched again on payment of the additional shipping cost or a refund will be made, minus any costs to us for the original shipping and return.
Delivery times given are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following our notification of despatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your shipment.

Deliveries by courier take 24 to 48 hours.
Deliveries by post take 2-4 working days.
Deliveries take 3-7 working days.
Rest of the world:
Deliveries take 5-30 working days.
In the case of your order being late, please contact us for your postal tracking code so you can check with your post office.
If your order has been shipped and after 15 business days you have not recieved it please contact us.
Changing / Cancelling an Order:
You can change or cancel any order that has not yet been shipped, by contacting us.
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product. Note: We must be notified of items being returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning products.
Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.
We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.
In these cases we will either replace the product (with no extra charge) or refund the cost of the product to you when we receive the faulty order back.
If you wish to return a product for one of the above reasons, please contact us.
If the return is a result of our error (only in this case), the returning postal fees will be deducted from your order cost or refunded to you.
Refunds can be made if you have received a broken, defective, incorrect product or if you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped. If you have purchased from our store using a credit card, the returning amount is refunded directly to your credit card. If you have used any other payment method, the returning amount can be held in credit for a future order of yours or it can be returned to you through a bank deposition. All orders are charged the day they are posted.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund, once we've received and processed the returned item or the cancelled order.
